Title: Oat-Bran Raisin Muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

2 1/4cOat bran
1/4cBrown sugar
2tsBaking powder
1 1/2tsGround ginger
1/4tsBlack pepper
1/2cRaisins
1/2cWalnuts OR raisins OR other
  Fruit or nuts
  Egg equivalent
1/4cHoney
3/4cWarm skim milk or non-dairy
  Equivalent

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10 minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
